Climbing
Climbing and rappelling develop physical skills and interaction with nature and people, prompting the search for solutions and alternatives aimed at the care and the achievement of climbing. Active and refines the concentration, physical perception of self and the environment, cooperative work, creative ability to seek original solutions to the challenges of practice, conditioning the body, mind and emotion, intertwined in the pursuit of goal achievement and overcoming their own limits.
Mountain Bike
The Mountain Bike is a sport practiced on uneven trails, developing strength, physical and mental dexterity and self-sufficientness. Because of the speed and unpredictability of obstacles, increases the potential for rapid brain responses, refining the ability to handle situations instantly with concentrated attention dominating the immediate action of the body.
Trekking
Trekking is a walking style through mountains, developing stamina while it creates the opportunity for integration with the environment. There are various modes and routes, and can be adapted according to the physical capacity of those who practice.
