Castelar da Alvorada is located in Caeté Açu village known as Capão Valley, on the slopes of Sincorå mountain chain in Chapada Diamantina, national park in Bahia.
Its exuberant nature is revealed in beautiful countryside offering trails that lead the ecological sanctuaries still preserved with options of Riachinho and Fumaça waterfalls and Rodas pond. There are also area abseiling and rock climbing for beginners and trained people.
The place also has several restaurants in the village center. There is a good gastronomic variety, from soteropolitana cooking bistro, pizzeria, pub and street food. Sunday morning happens a fair in CapĂŁo, with handcrafts exhibition, poultry and varied diet in organic and vegetarian general, becoming a cultural meeting point. There are musical and theater performances at Circus CapĂŁo, choro circle, singing and dancing wheels in various spaces in the Valley, as well as holistic therapies as floral, massage, temazcal (Sacred sauna), meditation spaces, yoga etc. making the stay of the tourists a unique experience, enjoying the natural beauty, good food, cultural attractions and leisure facilities, health and self available.

Vale do CapĂŁo:
CapĂŁo Valley is a district of the city of Palmeiras, the access is dirt road (20 km Palmeiras-CapĂŁo). There is no cell phone reception. You can acess internet and wifi.There are establishments to withdraw cash with low values in the Village (Banco do Brasil and Bradesco). If coming by car, the last gas station is in Palmeiras.
What to bring :
For your convenience, we advise you to bring: flashlight, trekking shoes, raincoat, hat, sunscreen, warm clothing, trekking utensils and swimwear.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of confirming the hotel, you will be able to receive a full refund of your deposit. After this period, a cancellation fee will be charged and 100% of the deposit will be lost.
If you wish to change the reservation date, you will be charged a change fee of R$300,00.
If there is a cancellation during the stay at the inn, a cancellation fee will be applied where the guest loses 100% of the scheduled and reserved nights.

-Opening hours are from 8 am to 9 pm when there are guests, when there are no guests, from 7 am to 3 pm.
-Check-in opens at 2pm and closes at 9pm, Check out from 8am to 11am.
-Kitchen open for snacks, pizza and snacks from 1pm to 8pm.
-The swimming pool is available to guests, we charge a day use fee for visitors, check the rate at reception.
-We do not accept pets.
