Kunhã Karaí

Sylvie is a master in the art of healing. She studied human rights at the University of Vincennes and chose to follow the spiritual path and search for self-knowledge.

In the early 1980s, she attended the “Council of the Elderly of the Braided Hair,” an ancient legacy taught by wise men and wise women to this day. During this period she had a defining encounter with the healer Dona Antonia and the medicine woman Donna Talking Leaves, with whom she studied the healing traditions of the Native North American peoples and was initiated in shamanism.
Shining Woman is respected around the world by masters in shamanism, budism and other philosophies for her serious and profound work. Besides Brazil, she currently hosts workshops in Europe and other Latin American countries, focusing on applying the wisdom of the Ancient Peoples to current times with the purpose of bringing beauty and joy to humanity.

Her work encompasses many cure techniques, such as:

  • teachings of the Ancient Mysteries
  • sacred dances and chants
